Yes, giftee Wallet points do have an expiration date.
The point expiration is determined by the original giftee Box expiry date. If you have multiple giftee Boxes merged into your giftee Wallet, each set of points will retain its own expiration date.
How point expiration works:
Each giftee Box has its own expiration date.
When giftee Boxes are merged into the giftee Wallet, the points are combined, but their individual expiry dates remain unchanged.
Points will expire automatically once their respective expiration date has passed.
Example:
giftee Box A: 500 points (expires on 14 Feb 2024)
giftee Box B: 1,000 points (expires on 14 Mar 2024)
After merging, your wallet shows 1,500 points.
On 14 Feb 2024, 500 points will expire, leaving 1,000 points.
On 14 Mar 2024, the remaining 1,000 points will expire if unused.
You can tap “Expiration Date” in the giftee Wallet to view a detailed breakdown of each voucher list and its expiry date.
Once a point’s expiration date has passed, the expired points will be automatically deducted from your total balance.
