Is there a way where I can get the voucher that I have exchange?

Yes, definitely there is a way.

Please refer to My Gift sections.

• When you tap on "My gift" in the giftee Wallet, a list of exchanged items will be displayed.
• When you exchange an item, the points of that item will be deducted from your balance.
• In the example image, there are 3 items with a total of 50 points, so the balance will be 1450 points (1500-50).

Once user have used the voucher and redeemed it at store, user can update as Used.

• Tap "Marked as used" in "My gift" and tap "Confirm" to mark the item as used.
• Currently, we do not provide automatic marking as used functionality due to some system limitation.
