If you can access it, please inform the users who contacted you to access the URL using the recommended environment listed below.

  • Latest version of Safari

Unsupported Environments (Devices):

  • Feature phones / Flip phones

  • Tablets such as iPads

  • Access from Europe is not possible due to GDPR restrictions.

  • If using a VPN or Wi-Fi, please check the connection.

Notes:

  • There is no specific recommended device.

  • Please use the latest browser version.

  • The OS and browser versions of the smartphone where the error occurred

  • A screenshot of the error screen

  • The distributed gift URL
