If you wish to change the design of an already set Giftee Box, please contact your account manager.
We will make the necessary changes on our end.
The timing for when a card design change can be made depends on the delivery method:
● If Delivered via CSV File:
Design changes can be made if you contact us before the gifts are delivered in the CSV file.
● If Using API Integration or Our Distribution Solutions:
You can change the design even during the gift distribution period.
Please note that if the design is changed partway through, the message card displayed for already issued gifts will remain unchanged, while the new design will be applied to any gifts issued after the change.
