I make payment but have not received the voucher

Thank you for your purchase of gift vouchers with Giftee.


If you have completed the payment, shared the payment advice with Giftee, and informed your Account Manager that you require the voucher, but have yet to receive your order, please follow up directly with your Account Manager for assistance.


Normally we will required 2-3 working days lead time to issue voucher upon payment received. This is also based on voucher brand. Some brands which need to procure the codes will need 10-15 working days upon payment received.


If your Account Manager is unavailable or on leave, kindly email us at gifteemy@giftee.co, and our team will assist you accordingly.
