To check your order, please log in to the giftee for Business Portal and follow the steps below:
Log in to the portal.
Click on “Direct Order” to view your campaigns.
Select the campaign (identified by your invoice number) to view the details.
Download the CSV file, which contains the voucher URLs.
If you are unable to find your order in the portal, please ensure the following steps have been completed:
The order has been confirmed with payment.
The payment has been received and verified by the giftee finance team.
You have informed the giftee sales team when the voucher delivery is required.
The correct email address has been provided for portal access.
In some cases, the order may not appear in your portal if the portal access is registered under another person’s email address, such as the contact listed on the invoice.
If all the above steps have been verified and you are still unable to locate your order, please contact your giftee sales representative (PIC) for further assistance.
