How to add to your balance?

1. Click “Deposit”

  • If the account status is "Approved", you can purchase Gifts using the deposit function.

  • Click on the user icon on the top screen of giftee for Business Portal and open the navigation menu.

  • Click on "Deposit" in the navigation menu.

  • When you click on "Deposit", the "Deposit management" page will open.

2. Click “Deposit Request” button

  • On the "Deposit" page, you can check the status and balance of your deposits.

  • Click the "Deposit Request" button on the "Deposit" page.

3. Fill in the request deposit amount and complete the registration

  • When you click the "Deposit" button, a screen will open where you can enter the amount.

  • Enter the desired deposit amount on this screen.

  • When you click on "Registration", the "Thank you" screen will be displayed.

4. Deposit Request confirmation

  • When you click on "Request", the "Thank you" screen will be displayed.

  • On the "Thank you" screen, the amount of the deposit application and the account information of the payment destination will be displayed.

  • You need to pay the amount of the deposit application to the payment destination account by the deadline.

  • If payment is not made by the deadline, the application will be canceled and a new deposit application will be required.

  • When you click on "View Transactions" on the screen, the "Deposit transactions

    " screen will be displayed.
