Is There a Way to Retrieve the Voucher I’ve Exchanged?

Yes, you can retrieve your exchanged voucher at any time.

Please go to the “My Gift” section in the giftee Wallet.

• When you tap on "My Gift" in the giftee Wallet, a list of exchanged items will be displayed.
• When you exchange an item, the points of that item will be deducted from your balance.

Example:
If your wallet balance is 1,500 points and you exchange 3 items totaling 50 points, your remaining balance will be 1,450 points.

Once user have used the voucher and redeemed it at store, user can update as Used.

• Tap "Marked as used" in "My gift" and tap "Confirm" to mark the item as used.
• Currently, we do not provide automatic marking as used functionality due to some system limitation.
