Why Do Clients Need to Send Voucher Files to Giftee?

Starting July 2025, all clients use the Giftee for Business Portal, and voucher files are no longer shared via email.


Once issued, vouchers are released directly to the client’s portal account, and Giftee does not have access to the files.


For vouchers in QR code format that require physical printing, we need clients to share the downloaded files so we can complete fulfilment. Without the files, Giftee cannot retrieve or print the vouchers.
