Voucher cannot be used at outlet

We hear you and we are sorry for the bad incidents.


When you visiting the outlet and cashier is unable to scan your voucher, please get all the below info and submit us a ticket to check further.


1. Error appear at cashier POS screen


2. Time & date incident happen


3. Which outlet


4. Voucher name and voucher tracking number



There could be few things that lead to the failure at outlet:


1. Server is down

2. There is technical issue at the said outlet


This issue will required giftee to check with the principal and will takes 5-7 working days lead time.
