Voucher Cannot Be Used at Outlet

If the cashier is unable to scan your voucher at the outlet, please collect the following information and submit a support ticket so we can investigate further:

  1. Error message displayed on the cashier’s POS screen

  2. Date and time of the incident

  3. Outlet location

  4. Voucher name and voucher tracking number


There are several possible reasons why the voucher could not be redeemed at the outlet, including:

  • The outlet server is temporarily unavailable

  • A technical issue at the specific outlet


Resolving this issue requires verification with the principal, and the investigation may take 5–7 working days to complete.
