The issue may occur because the POS system is unable to recognize the voucher when the barcode is scanned. In such cases, manual entry of the code (without hyphens) should resolve the problem.
If the issue persists after manual entry, please take a photo of the error message and submit a support ticket to us. Kindly include the following details:
Outlet name
Date and time of the incident
Voucher tracking number
We will investigate the matter internally and revert accordingly.
