How to redeem mobile prepaid topup voucher?

To redeem your mobile top-up voucher, please ensure that you enter the correct mobile number and select the appropriate service provider.

Kindly note that this is a direct prepaid top-up to your mobile account. It is not a reload PIN.

Please follow the steps below:

1. Click on the voucher URL.

2. Enter your mobile number (starting with 01X-XXXXXXXX).

3. Re-enter the same mobile number for confirmation.

4. Click the Confirm button.

5. A notification will appear stating:
   “The transaction is proceeding for number 01XXXXXXXXX. Please check your account balance regularly or try again.”

Please ensure that you read the voucher Terms & Conditions carefully. Some telco providers do not allow multiple top-ups within a 5-minute interval.
