Starting 1st September 2025, giftee will be fully transitioning from TNG Reload Pins to the TNG Direct Credit. This change is part of our ongoing efforts to enhance security and improve the user redemption experience.
Improved Security – By eliminating the use of visible reload PINs number, we reduce the risk of fraud or misuse. The direct credit process uses a secure link that ensures the reward is delivered only to the intended recipient.
Streamlined User Journey – Users no longer need to copy, switch apps, or manually input PINs. With just a few clicks, the credit is automatically transferred to their TNG eWallet, resulting in a faster and more seamless experience.
Greater Flexibility – This method supports customisable RM values, allowing you to tailor reward amounts to fit various campaign needs without being restricted to fixed PIN denominations.
