Why the Authenticate not responsive?

The Touch ’n Go Direct Credit redemption process requires users to complete an authentication step first. This means the user must verify their Touch ’n Go eWallet account and confirm their registered mobile number before proceeding to the next step.


If you are unable to complete the authentication and the page continues to load without progressing, this may be due to an issue related to the access environment.


Kindly ensure you are using the following recommended environment:

  • A smartphone with the Touch ’n Go eWallet app installed

  • Mobile data enabled and not connected to any VPN

  • Google Chrome as the browser when accessing the voucher URL (please set Chrome as the default browser)

  • If the issue persists, please try redeeming the voucher on a different device using the Chrome browser
