If a user encounters an “Authentication Failed” message, it is usually due to a temporary technical issue, which may originate from either Giftee’s system or the principal’s system.


Our technical team will investigate and address the root cause accordingly. Resolution typically takes 3–5 working days, depending on the nature of the issue, and in some cases, it may be resolved within 2 working days.


Please rest assured that the voucher will remain valid and usable once the issue is resolved. We recommend that the user retry the redemption after 5 working days. If the issue persists after that, kindly reach out to our support team, and we will be happy to assist further.
