To check the voucher status, we are required to liaise with the respective merchant, and this process may take some time. In most cases, the status provided will only indicate whether the voucher is available or redeemed.
Certain brands are unable to disclose additional details such as outlet location, redemption date and time, or account information due to their internal policies.
The voucher expiry date can be found directly on the voucher page or in the CSV file provided.
As information differs by brand, the details available may vary accordingly.
To proceed with a status check, kindly submit a ticket to us and provide the relevant voucher tracking number for further verification.
