Your deposit will be reflected in your giftee for Business portal account once it has been approved by our Finance team.
Why is there a delay?
Since the payment was made via Manual Transfer (rather than a direct FPX or portal payment), our team must manually verify the transaction against our bank records. Approval is granted once the funds are successfully cleared in our account.
Estimated Processing Times:
Payments made before 5:30 PM: Usually processed within the same business day.
Payments made after 5:30 PM: Will be processed on the following business day.
Incase the credit is not reflected within the processing time, please reach out to our finance team by email them at finance.my@giftee.co
